YouTube announced on their blog today that they have beefed up their YouTube NonProfit Program. The new offerings include a how-to doc for YouTube marketing and a more prominent spot for donation buttons.
Video is becoming an increasingly integral component of successful digital marketing plans and most nonprofits do not have marketing budgets that allow them to hire someone to focus specifically on digital.
Often the small nonprofit staffs are composed of multitaskers and the person doing the marketing could also be the person doing the accounting or customer service. Having this site and tutorial available to them is a great resource.
