Yes, New Hampshire. That Was an Earthquake!

In case you live in the northeast and were wondering why you just felt your house shake (like we did), well it was actually a decent-sized earthquake.

According to the USGCS website, northern New England just experienced a 4.6 earthquake that was centered at Hollis Center, Maine, which is near the New Hampshire/Maine border.

I am in New Hampshire about 40 miles from the center of the quake and it felt like our house was being buzzed by a military plane for quite a prolonged period of time. It’s was a strange feeling and I actually felt my ears pop from the pressure, I guess.
