How To: Unlock the foursquare Fashion Week Badges

Much like last year, foursquare is celebrating New York’s Fashion Week with a couple of special badges: The Fashion Week 2013 badge and the Daily Candy badge.

foursquare fashion week badge 2013

To unlock the Fashion Week 2013 badge, all you have to do is check in to Fashion Week venues in New York from now until February 14th. The badge is accompanied by the following message:

Blunt bobs, Twiggy lashes, parachute pants and platform sneakers – you practically predict the pages of the September issues, be it the infamous Armadillo heels from 2010, or next season’s fanny packs (they’re sooo coming back…). Fierce.

foursquare Daily Candy badgeTo unlock the Daily Candy Badge, you must follow Daily Candy on foursquare and then check in to 2 venues on this list. Doing so reveals this message:

You know where we eat, sleep, and work during NYFW, and you’re not afraid to volunteer for the 9 a.m. show. Welcome to the fashionable fold!

Good luck unlocking your new badges and enjoy Fashion Week!
