WordPress recently added a feature that is sure to be a useful one to anyone looking to show off their photography skills on their blog. You can now embed an Instagram photo on your blog and it is really easy to do.
There are a few ways to embed an Instagram photo. The easiest way to do it is to copy the images URL address bar and then paste it into your blog post. WordPress will recognize the URL as an Instagram image and display the photo in the post.
The other way to embed a photo by using your basic coding skills and inserting the following short code:
[instagram url=LINK]
Obviously, you will be replacing “LINK” with your image’s URL. Doing it this way will allow you to customize how your image is displayed a bit by adding attributes like image width.
