Grab is a Singapore-based ride-hailing platform that offers a variety of transportation options including private cars, motorbikes, and carpooling services in Southeast Asia. The company was founded in 2011 and has since expanded to serve multiple countries in the region, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Myanmar.
Grab offers a mobile app that allows users to book and pay for rides, as well as a GrabPay digital wallet for cashless transactions. In addition to transportation services, Grab also offers food and package delivery, and other on-demand services such as GrabMart and GrabExpress. The company has also diversified in to many areas such as financial services, and electric vehicle services.
