The old cliché “Content is King” has never been more true in the digital marketing world. New, fresh, sharable website content not only builds your brand and generates potential leads, but it also keeps your consumers engaged and connected to your brand.
Generating your content is tough, but once you come up with the killer blog post or case study, how do you let people know about it?
The user tallies have been coming fast and furiously lately, so I thought it was a good time for my semi-regular, running tally of how many people are using some of the top social networks & tools.
New to this addition is the social bookmarking phenom Pinterest.

LinkedIn unveiled their revamped “People You May Know” feature today on their company blog. The purpose of this feature update is to make it easier for users to make more connections using this tool.
I just read a piece on the Scottish news site, Scotsman.com, that discusses a study on the legality of employers looking up job candidates on social media sites during the hiring process.
Its been a while since I’ve had time to do this, so here you go- My semi-regular, running tally of how many people are using some of the top social networks & tools…
With all the commotion about Google+ and its 25 million users, I figured it would be good to see how it matches up with the rest of the major social networks.
Last night, LinkedIn announced on their blog that they will be adding new sections to student profiles.
