PetroChina is one of the world’s largest and most prominent integrated oil and gas companies. Established in 1999, it is a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and is headquartered in Beijing, China. PetroChina operates across the entire energy supply chain, including exploration, production, refining, distribution, and marketing of petroleum and natural gas products.
With a vast network of oil and gas assets both domestically and internationally, PetroChina has a significant presence in various energy markets. It plays a crucial role in China’s energy security and economic development, as it is involved in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas reserves, as well as the operation of refineries, pipelines, and retail service stations.
