“Happy Hump Day” may be the most annoying phrase in the workplace. Not only is overly cutesy, but it also reminds us that there are still 2+ days left to a stressful week..

So hopefully the handy infographic below from our friends at Happify helps you soldier through Wednesday and towards the weekend. They took a look at the causes of stress and how to alleviate some of it like laughing and exercise.

My favorite stat in this piece was that 85% of the stuff we worry about never actually happens. That is pretty amazing and just goes to show us how unnecessary some of our daily stress is.
