Zappos is an online footwear and clothing retailer known for its exceptional customer service and company culture. Founded in 1999 by Nick Swinmurn, Zappos has grown to become one of the largest and most recognizable e-commerce platforms in the United States.
Zappos originally focused primarily on selling shoes, offering a vast selection of brands and styles. Over time, it expanded its product offerings to include clothing, accessories, and more. The company gained a reputation for its hassle-free online shopping experience, free shipping and returns, and a unique approach to customer service.
