A Comprehensive Hurricane #Sandy Twitter List to Monitor for Storm Developments

Hurricane Sandy Twitter ListIf you’ve tried to follow the #Sandy Twitter hashtag today, you know just how crazy active it has been. The hashtag is only going to get more noisy as the storm comes inland and some of the more important updates may get lost in the noise.

I just created this Hurricane Sandy Twitter list in an attempt to filter out the noise and follow the key players. It is composed of weather authorities, local/federal authorities, utilities and other key Twitter accounts throughout the many states impacted by this massive storm.

I kind of built this on the fly, so if I am missing anyone, please leave a comment below and let me know so I can add them. Providing I don’t lose power (crosses fingers), I will be updating the list throughout the storm.

Again, stay safe everyone!
