Google been doing a great job lately using their properties to aggregate important information related to current events that is easily accessible.
Earlier this week, Google created a very useful crisis map for Hurricane Sandy. Today, they announced that they have launched a voter information tool to provide voters with the critical information they need going into Tuesday’s U.S. elections.
The Google voter information tool includes a bunch of information like polling location, early voting guidelines and candidate info. The tool is easily embedded and has an open API that other platforms like foursquare have already implemented into their product.
Kudos to Google for making this important voter information available in a centralized location.
