NBC Politics and foursquare have partnered up to offer a very cool series of badges for the 2012 Presidential campaign.
The location-based social platform already lets you discover what restaurants are around you, see tips left by other customers, check the menu and hours of operation and now they are letting you make reservations right from their app.
The user tallies have been coming fast and furiously lately, so I thought it was a good time for my semi-regular, running tally of how many people are using some of the top social networks & tools.
New to this addition is the social bookmarking phenom Pinterest.

You may be $100 grand or more in the hole, but at least now you have a a new foursquare badge to show for your four years of hard work.
foursquare now has a badge to reward users that like to hang in large crowds late at night.
foursquare is trying to give their users a little motivation to work off all the extra calories they take in after earning their Flame Broiled and Fried Check-In badges. They want to reward bikers and jogger with their Velocipede and Joggernaut badges that they launched today.

Unlocking this year’s badge is as easy as it usually is….
The NHL playoffs are often considered the most exciting postseason among all of the major sports. foursquare is now looking for a piece of the Stanley Cup action by issuing a new badge for NHL fans.
Just in time for The Masters, foursquare’s latest expertise badge is a reward to people who get to enjoy the great outdoors a heck of a lot more than I do every summer- golfers.
foursquare and AT&T are teaming up to offer a badge for college basketball fans during the Final Four.
