Grubhub provides a platform for customers to order food from nearby restaurants through a website or mobile app, and then delivers the food to the customer’s location. Grubhub charges a commission fee to the restaurants for using their platform, and may also charge a delivery fee to the customer. The company has since expanded to include other food delivery services, such as Seamless, LevelUp, and Tapingo.
